“We love Dr Hannah. She is very kind and patient with our zoo. She is always willing to listen and answer all our questions and offer options for our older fur family.”
“My wife, two children and I stopped in today and adopted our first leopard gecko. We have lots of experience throughout our years with pet stores and this experience was by far the best. The staff members were all amazing both with our questions and our children’s. They were so patient and knowledgeable. We will be back and we will be recommending to everyone we know. It’s clear that the employees working here have a passion for what they are doing. Keep up the great work!”
“I've done business with Vision enclosures for the better part of 20 years and own a number of them. I just ordered another large enclosure for my Burmese python and just like the ones in the past, the experience was a great one. From ordering, through shipping and delivery, everything went smoothly. Their customer service personnel completely understand what great customer service is, and were in contact through all phases of the procurement process, and also followed up after the delivery to make sure all went well. Their packaging of these larger enclosures is absolutely first class, and protects the product perfectly. Hats off to Vision!!!+”
“Went for the first time today and had the best experience!! Austin (hope I spelt it right) did AMAZING he was so caring made sure to ask what j had in mind and communicated great! My 6 month old puppy didn’t like the first time I brought him elsewhere so thought I would try a different place and I’m so happy I did! I’ll definitely be brining him back along with the other ones 😍😍”
“Called them to ask about a condition happening with my betta. They were super helpful and informative and recommended to me several possible causes and treatments. Putting me on the right road to figuring out my fish's health problem. Thank you!”
“I have to say something about my experience earlier today. I am mentoring a youth and I brought him in to your facility and this whole place was shockingly amazing. I had no idea it even existed and the staff member who was working yesterday at about 4pm was SO FRIENDLY and engaging. She literally made this young boy so happy he could not stop talking about the experience the whole drive home. Thank you to everyone who works and volunteers at this facility. I am going to tell everyone I know about this place. It is the most amazing place I have come across in YEARS in the fox valley. ❤️”
“Great experience and great product! Highly recommend! I ordered the new Visionarium. Ordering was easy and the product arrived quickly and in great condition. It is high quality and you can tell they know what they are doing! Their staff is also wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this product and this company! I will definitely be a repeat customer.”
“Telli looks absolutely gorgeous. Casey shows genuine love and concern for the wellbeing of Telli when she is there and brings out her beautifulness with a good haircut and bath!! We love Casey!!”
“Thank you, Heather! The low-protein chews you helped me pick out are a hit. Including show-off time, it takes our retriever about 15 minutes to finish one off, which is perfect. Her breath is better, too.
As a general review, I’ve been shopping here for years and have always found what I needed, and employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
The dog wash area came in handy once when the dog rolled in something absolutely vile at the dog park and needed a bath ASAP.”
“Our kitten’s foster sent us home with a cat dancer toy and it is still far and away her favorite! I just purchased a deluxe toy with the wall mount and she played with it until she tired herself out (something I thought might be impossible). These toys are amazing!!”
“We love this place, well stocked inventory with so many unique things not found in the big box retail stores. Friendly staff, awesome service every time we visit. Luna got a new Christmas outfit today :-)”
“Returned a pump I didn't need and got a gift card to tractor supply, would've preferred cash to the gift card but I will eventually use it at some point”
“Any business that takes care of its locals has my business for sure. Very friendly staff and 4 legged greeters, always helpful and bring large food bags to vehicle for you if you want. I even asked about a rug and the owner ordered them for me before my next stop for food purchase! Good prices, competitive and did I mention the love from the 4 legged greeter!”
“Don’t over look this pet store! A quaint and locally owned pet store rife with all sorts of goodies for any size animal!!! Owner is extremely pleasant and very outgoing and friendly. Next time you walk by with your pet stroll through and snag something!”
“I got my juvenile rat from them, you can tell they care for their pets. My boy Monkey has a very cuddly personality, he comes right up to me in his enclosure to get scriches after day 5 he's already grooming me? He has been handled very well! Very Healthy and a happy playful boy?”
“Not only were the prices affordable compared to other places, which was absolutely critical to me right now, but tje manager, Rachael V., was the KINDEST and most compassionate person I've ever encountered in the realm of animal care, and that's saying something. Rachael, thank you so very much for showing us that we were doing the right thing. We will not forget you!
Tim Herrick”
“Very nice employees, but I ordered something for pickup that was supposed to be ready In 2 hours. I showed up 2.5 hours later and they didn’t have it. A little mishap but again the employees were very nice and made it right for me.
Shoutout to Brandon H!!”
“Needed feline (cat) Greenies Pill Pockets to administer medicine to my cat Lucky. I tried in numerous places closer to where I live, but they only carried Greenies Pill Pockets for dogs. They were much too large. I drove 80 miles round trip to buy these, could wait for a delivery. Thank you for taking care of the needs for all pets! (I wish veterinarians sold these at their clinics. They are awesome for administering pills.)”
“Your vehicle will be repaired here by high class professionals at a very reasonable price.(Plus, I like going in the store because I love the scent it has for some unknown reason.)”
“Absolute wonderful shop with alot of selection. The owner was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I am definitely going to become a regular. Recommend. I purchased a Poly, Zoa and Acan”
“I was with my daughter. She bought a pink toed tarantula. I just looked around. Prices are a tinge better in some areas but not all then pet-co. Very clean store.”
“I was looking for my cat's food and didn't find it right away. The staff was very prompt and courteous with finding it for me. I had a coupon for 20% off that applied to my entire purchase. Thank you!”

“Amazing experience! The receptionist ladies are extremely nice and helpful, the nurses and doctors were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had both our cats spayed and the process had been swift and amazing for our furry babies. I have nothing bad to say about this clinic! We will continue to come here!”
