In the past if they got something wrong (and you already payed) they would do the other repair for free.
Knocked a star off because they forgot to take off a charge but refunded me promptly. So a convince star off.”

When we walked in to drop our car off, there was a woman that just had her car towed from Neenah to American Fleet And Auto service in Appleton because Todd has been taking care of her car for years. What a great testimonial as we walk in the door.

Todd made us aware of any repairs that needed to happen to our Toyota but also educated us that if we didn’t want to do all of them at once he prioritized our list for us. “Very great work and good prices for a very detailed diagnostic i took my truck to a different shop and they said that it needed a whole new motor for what seemed to be way to expensive price and then when I took it to Al Huss they did a great job diagnosing the real issue and helped alot to get me on the right track of what all needed to be done to fix the issue 10/10 would go here again for any other issues I have very happy with their services.”

Long; I had a walk-in on a Friday for a special but fairly common maintenance item. Quick suspension bushing press in job. They fit me in same day which helped my situation. I was asked for any specific requests or considerations with it. Given the cost and rarity of what I entrusted them with, I greatly appreciate that. Pricing was extremely competitive compared to the big chain service centers. With my limited experience (but hopefully more in the future) I’m glad they’re a part of the local community!
