“Definitely deserving of a 5+ star rating, I needed to PCS to Norfolk VA and be there by Monday starting on Friday, Aaron and the guys went above and beyond to fix my muffler, and fix my O2 sensor. The process started on Wednesday and I picked it up Friday, when my car came up with more issues after getting on it after about 3000 rpms or 70mph my car went into limp mode, I quickly called the shop to see if they could help me out one last time and they did so happily staying 4.5 hours after close just to make sure I could safely PCS.

I scheduled a couple days ahead of time and walked in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was really friendly. My car issue was diagnosed and fixed quickly. They charged me a reasonable price too. Immediately my car sounds quieter. I'm really happy with my results! I would highly recommend and will be a return customer if anything comes up again!”

“10/10 for DeJardin. Abby is wonderful and Rob is wonderful. I came to them as a fourth shop when my car “didn’t need the sway bar replaced” and tried to sell me TIRES. They replaced it for me, were open and communicative, and friendly and relatable. They’re honest, humble, and thorough. They don’t bs you and they don’t treat you like a “dumb girl” like other shops in the area do.

“Take five was fast and professional. And they found a recall on my vehicle that I never received from the dealer. So while getting my oil changed I called the dealer and made an appointment for the recall. They also checked on some maintenance items that I typically would not do myself and performed those diligently and at a reasonable price. They were not pushy on those items that I typically do myself such as air filters and wipers but they did provide recommendations”

“I don't know about other Toyota Dealers but the Green Bay, Wisconsin facility is great. They accommodated my needs with service. They rolled over the price of a scan to detect faults by not charging for that. They even threw in a replacement part for a rusty lower ball joint, which wasn't a part of the bearing work I was having serviced. As well as a complimentary shuttle to work, and back for my vehicle. I noticed a concerning noise while heading 🏡 home after the maintenance. I pulled over and 📞 called to inform them of the issue. They had me return to inspect, and found that it was a vacuum seal that shifted. Fixed the issue and I was on my way. They take care of their customers for return service and good business.”
