“A friend of mine gave me a gift card to this shop for Xmas. I have never heard of it, but I’m glad she did! It’s a cozy little gem of a place. The staff was so sweet and if you don’t see a title you are looking for, they can order it for you. They have new and used books and a children’s section in back. I found too many books that I wanted. I will definitely be back!!”

“I recently visited Barnes & Noble, and I must say it's a delightful place for book enthusiasts. The moment I stepped in, the aroma of freshly baked goods enveloped me. The bakery section is a hidden gem! Their pastries, cookies, and coffee are divine. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a treat while diving into a good book.Barnes & Noble provides a serene and quiet atmosphere. The soft lighting, comfortable chairs, and gentle background music create an inviting space. Whether you're catching up on work or simply unwinding, it's an ideal place to relax. From bestsellers to niche genres, there's something for everyone. Plus, the staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist if you need recommendations. Now, here's where my only wish comes in. While the cozy corners are perfect for reading, I noticed a shortage of electrical outlets. As a working professional, having more outlets would be incredibly helpful. Imagine sipping your latte while typing away on your laptop--bliss! In summary, Barnes & Noble is a haven for bookworms. The bakery treats, peaceful ambiance, and vast book collection make it a must-visit. Let's hope they add more outlets soon!”

“When I lived near Green Bay, I was a regular customer to this store. Now that I live further south, I make it a priority to stop there whenever I'm on my way to Door County. A nice, lovely, large store with everything Christian that you could ever want. Sometimes when I need a nice gift but don't plan to head north, I order from them online and they ship it to the recipient. Lighthouse gives me that wonderful Christian bookstore shopping experience that has, unfortunately, become increasingly uncommon as brick-and-mortar bookstores have disappeared. It's worth the trip!”

“Nice, clean, big bookstore on campus. Quite overpriced or would have purchased more than the three little items we did. The individual working when we were there was nice and knowledgeable.”

“They are under new management as of about a year ago. The kids' section is fully redone, large, organized and priced very competitively. They had a clearance basket of books for less than a dollar a book! The process of selling and redeeming store credit is different from other book stores in the area, which from speaking with the new owner sounds like they might give 15% of retail price in credit, but you can only redeem it on used books (not new) up to half the value of the book. I prefer ordering books online ahead of time, but if you email the store they respond in less than a day on your options.I think the kids' books I'd occasionally shop for but the other book genres I shop for I'd choose another book store due to how the in-store credit system works. I will try selling books and if the process as anything note-worthy I'll update my review.”
