I informed the cashier and she quickly corrected the problem by notifying the gentleman, who was very polite and accommodating, at the car wash that I was coming through and had paid for a car wash. Car wash went very smooth. It did a good job on my jeep and I was satisfied. Thanks.”

“I wasn't big on CVS until I started earning Extra Bucks. CVS does have excellent deals and coupons. I like this location because they are open 24 hours and have a wide selection in their store. (This is a must stop at Christmas time for me.) I have never had to wait for a cashier either. The pharmacy needs work, as you often have to wait forever for them to fill a prescription and often have a long line.”

“Crystal Joski was extremely helpful ! I walked in the bank and spoke to a man in the front told him a little bit about the problem im having with a claim i filed and he immediately told me that their banker's probably would not be able to help me. I requested to speak with a banker still and was directed to Crystal. It was close to the bank closing, and she still went out her way to help me with my claim. I told her my problem and showed her my emails, my receipts etc. She called the claims department and advocated for me while speaking on the phone with them. She wrote down each transaction on paper and had the receipts to back it up and was able to explain to the claims rep where chase error was. The claims rep was giving Crystal and I a hard time initially, but he finally came around after Crystal broke things down for him serval times. She's got way more patience than me because I was so upset and ready to end my relationship with Chase if it wasn't for Crystal I probably would have. In the end of the convo, I received a temporary credit and left home so appreciative of Crystals help. Ive never seen anyone advocate and work so hard for a customer ever ! Unfortunately, weeks later chase messaged me on the app and removed my credit they clearly still had miscommunication because I had all the proof. I got tired of fighting with them because it seemed they only picked up or listened to half the problem. Im disappointed in Chase but Crystal's customer service will forever have an impact on me because she showed true, quality, good customer service. ! So MAJOR shout out to Crystal !”

“Location is perfect for quick access, and is centrally located near other businesses I frequent, so I rarely need to go out of the way to get most of my pharma needs. Much like an old neighborhood drug store they have just enough everyday household items that they often save me unnecessary trips to the big box store to find a new padlock or a new fragrance free downy that is friendly to sensitive "fussy" skin types like myself, for example! I also appreciate that their app sends timely notifications alerting me to some new deals as I pull into the parking lot. Makes me comfortable that they take data privacy seriously in that they use the location access responsibly and to help me maximize the value while I'm shopping their store. Now if only my headphones sunglasses and phone wouldn't constantly want to jump out if my hands and roll behind the registers, this could easily hit all stars! ;)”
