“My family and I recently switched to T-Mobile for our cell service. We started the transfer process alone at our house, and got the majority of them to work. However, there were two phones we were struggling with transferring the SIM over. After spending multiple hours trying to get everyone situated, we caved and went into the store. I can't say I was the happiest person walking into the store. The check-in process was seamless and they were able to service us fairly quickly. The personnel was patient with me. We specifically worked with Lisa Bolinger. She was fantastic and timely in dealing with our concerns. It was a very smooth process and we haven't had any issues with our phones since.
