“Heidi, Ilhan, Annamarie and Hector were all absolutely fabulous! Knowledgeable and courteous! Very professional... Nobody likes having phone problems and it's a huge inconvenience. These Tmobile associates made a very unpleasant experience go as well as possible. They all work very nicely as a team too.”

“Jayme was very informative, friendly, knowledgeable of iphones/tablets and samsung phones/tablets. She was not in a rush to finish our product purchases and was patient answering all our questions. She was very personable, enthusiastic, well groomed, had a happy personality, and was appreciative of our business. Verizon is lucky to have her as a salesperson!”

“The team in this store is simply amazing: over the past couple of weeks we worked with Eric, Brandon, Cody and Edwin, and each of them was extremely professional, helpful, and respectful. They solved for us few complex issues, i.e., adding a line/an authorized user to the current T-mobile account, switching from corporate to individual plan, and helping with changes in account management. There is literally nothing that the team is this store could not do! Great customer service, high degree of professionalism, and ability solve the problems instantly, - this is what makes this team so unique.”

“These guys are awesome. They helped me try and correct what another Verizon store messed up. They were super patient and while not everything got 100% resolved they helped me to the best of their ability. Very nice people. Thank you especially to Trent who spent over an hour with me on the customer service line trying to resolve the issue. And thank you to Drew who helped me with the remaining bit when I finally got the phone I needed.”

“I live in a rural area and internet options are pretty limited. I found the internet to be extremely affordable, customer service was amazing from installation to disconnection. I have a pretty large family and the internet bug tussel provided wasn’t enough for our household. We had them for about a year and I would absolutely recommend for a smaller household in my area. There’s no contract, no hidden fees. Very pleasant experience.”

“I just want to thank the persons that I talked to today At Spectrum on behalf of my elderly neighbor because he had TDS until September 21 and was switching to Spectrum on October 21, but TDS decided to shut off his service today. I mean his Internet cable and His phone. What a horrible experience and scary for my neighbor being elderly and not having a phone to get a hold of any family members. I am sure he will be very happy with Spectrum. I had Spectrum for years and never had a problem. Thank you again.”
