“I visited the AT&T store on So Military Ave...
Elliot assisted me with all my questions and really went the extra mile to help me!!! He was knowledgeable and extremely understanding. And he was fun to deal with!!! For the record, I went first to the store on Oneida Street, and they were blunt, and very unwilling to answer my needs. But Elliot jumped right into explaining how to do what I needed, and went to bat immediately! Elliot is a great asset to AT&T!!! 5 ?!!!”

“I had a great experience when I stopped in to switch my plan and get a new phone the other night. The two guys that were working were very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me find the perfect phone, took the time to transfer over my apps and all that jazz, and even adhered the liquid screen protector because I was worried about messing it up at home. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend stopping in if you are looking for a new phone.”

They helped me to navigate phone issues that were so beyond my knowledge, and they did it with so much patience and professionalism that it blew me away. They helped with phone problems as well as operator issues (me). Brad's diligence fixed every issue I had and he didn't hesitate to spend whatever time he needed to. All the time he was doing this with Elijah and they were sharing back and forth with what needed to be done. I just know that I wouldn't have left very many places with the same accomplishments done. “First I'm glad to be back in the arms of Cellcom! Cellcom is an amazing company that consistently goes above and beyond to make its customers happy. That’s why, when the breach happened, leaving Cellcom was not an easy decision for me. It was a unique situation, and although I didn’t feel good about it, I thought it was the best choice at the time.

However, after switching providers, I quickly realized the grass is not greener on the other side. As cliché as it sounds, you don’t know what you have until it’s gone. With Spectrum—the company I switched to—I may have saved a little money, but the cost was poor service, poor customer support, and a platform that just didn’t work well. When I ran into issues, they showed little interest in helping me resolve them.

During those experiences, I couldn’t help but think: this would never happen with Cellcom. While Cellcom may not always get everything exactly right—no company ever does—I know from experience that Cellcom would make every effort to make things right. That’s what sets them apart. “My family and I recently switched to T-Mobile for our cell service. We started the transfer process alone at our house, and got the majority of them to work. However, there were two phones we were struggling with transferring the SIM over. After spending multiple hours trying to get everyone situated, we caved and went into the store. I can't say I was the happiest person walking into the store. The check-in process was seamless and they were able to service us fairly quickly. The personnel was patient with me. We specifically worked with Lisa Bolinger. She was fantastic and timely in dealing with our concerns. It was a very smooth process and we haven't had any issues with our phones since. I cannot recommend her enough! Very thankful for the fantastic service she provided.”

“My 5 stars for this review ALL belong to David, who works at the West Mason Cricket outlet. My husband and I showed up there this morning, 2 mins after opening (lol) with two problems so difficult I wasn't even sure I would be able to EXPLAIN them properly, let alone have them fixed. David fielded both issues, NO PROBLEM, remaining calm & courteous throughout, & even bouncing back & forth to handle other customers at the second register so no one would have to wait. He was incredible, I cannot stress it enough. If you own this store & are reading this review, if you haven't promoted David to a management position yet, definitely do it NOW, because he is the right guy”

“The only reason I would recommend this company is because of Store Manager Kevin that works at the Cricket Wireless in Green Bay, WI on the corner of Main and Mason!! He has provided me with the absolute BEST customer service that I have received anywhere in my 32 years alive!! However, your people that work for 611 need to all be fired and hand over the responsibilities to the stores. Those that work in the call center when you call 611 are so absolutely rude and horrible!! They were horrible when I called myself and they were horrible when Kevin called for me. The supervisor we were transferred to on the call was the worst of them all!! Your company should be ashamed of themselves for how they let some of the employees treat customers! You need to hire more like Kevin!! After this incident, Kevin is the ONLY reason why I'm not shutting off my service and going elsewhere!! I know that if I go into this store with an issue, he with do everything and anything he can to make things right or figure out an issue!!”

“I went into Best Buy today for help with a software renewal. I was looking for help as the emails were vague about instructions aside from the fact they already charged me the renewal fee. I called Best Buy tech support and the person who answered advised I needed to buy another software program and service agreement after being on the phone for an hour. I walked into Best Buy Green Bay. The male employee at the front of the store asked how to help. When I explained my situation he gave me 800 numbers for Best Buy and Microsoft and advised I needed to call those numbers. After advising my displeasure on how Best Buy was not helping me and all my emails came from Best Buy along with the charges, he had me go to the pick up counter to speak with a manager. I ended up speaking with a young woman by the name of Aiden. After explaining the situation to her, she had me open my computer to look at what I was explaining. She was able to answer all my questions. She was so helpful compared to the male employee who initially greeted me. I am very grateful for the service Aiden gave me. Aiden's service deserves 5 stars. The tech support and male greeter, no so much.”

“I just want to thank the persons that I talked to today At Spectrum on behalf of my elderly neighbor because he had TDS until September 21 and was switching to Spectrum on October 21, but TDS decided to shut off his service today. I mean his Internet cable and His phone. What a horrible experience and scary for my neighbor being elderly and not having a phone to get a hold of any family members. I am sure he will be very happy with Spectrum. I had Spectrum for years and never had a problem. Thank you again.”
