“The only place we will purchase fish and critters and plants from in Green Bay. The place is like a museum. If you don’t think you want an aquarium just go visit. You’ll end up settling one up. But go visit them. The employees like being there and have endless patience with all of the questions we throw at them. Very reasonable prices also. And I have never seen a dead fish there. Can’t say that for other places.”
“Great selection of high quality dog food, treats, bones, etc. The staff are always helpful and friendly. They are closed on Sundays so if that's your errand running day, be sure to stop in for supplies another time.”
“The staff obviously cares about the animals. It’s not like other pet places that keep their animals in such horrible spaces.
Just recently, a worker named Kay let me interact with a snake while cleaning its cage. She told me facts and even gave me tips of how to clean my new snake’s cage. Another time, a worker named Solace let me hold the ferret. She made sure to watch and let me know that the little guy was friendly.
I love coming here and it’s great knowing that the workers actually care.”
“Very helpful staff! The sales person told me about lots of opportunities to save money. The store was roomy and had a lot of wonderful products for my dog. I was looking for a certain brand of dog food, and this is the only store that carries it. It was my first time there, but I was very impressed.”
“I was introduced to PetWants by a franchisee in Arizona but was set to move shortly thereafter. Once I settled in WI, I called few locations nearest to me and found Pat and the Green Bay location to be the best fit for our needs. Not only are the prices super reasonable and better valued than other locations, but the shipping speed is excellent. I'm not in the normal service area, but still get my dog food the next day if I place an order early enough in the day. Shipped at no extra charge as well. Pat was super helpful on the phone when I first inquired. He answered all my questions about the food, how much to feed, how to work it for my dogs that are different sizes, as I have toy, medium, and large dogs.
I even screwed up on my last order and forgot to place it. When I visited the site, there was little supply available as I caught Pat when he was waiting for his delivery. After a quick phone call, he got me about half of what I wanted and had it to me the next day. The dogs never missed a beat. Once the delivery came in I got everything else and was even able to pay at that time.
This is a great small business that puts people and clients first. Pat knows it is about relationships, and from those a successful and profitable business will come.
I'm excited to know I can start my dog kennel for Mi-kis with such a great partner.

“Tailwaggers is the best! My dog literally leaps out of his carrier knowing he's going to doggy daycare at Tailwaggers. He's also been groomed and boarded, and all have been great experiences. They really know how to make you feel like family and treat your pet like their own. Highly recommend!”

“I attended a 'Fast Cat'(?) at Packerland as a volunteer. It was a three day event where they set up a 100(?) yard straight course for the dogs to run. The dogs chase a lure on a motorized string and a electronic timing beam measures their speed. The dog's family pays a fee to run the course and the dogs earn points toward fancy ribbons. It was fun to be a part of it. A photographer captures a great shot of your dog at speed. You meet all kinds of dogs (fast/slow, big/tiny) and their handlers. The dogs seem to have the time of their lives. The club members at Packerland were super nice. They even provided great snacks and a lunch for volunteers and racer families.”
“Wild About Birds is the only place I trust for bird seed. Mike Steffel is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to share his expertise along with a great sense of humor. He even custom builds feeders and has been guiding me since 1993. If you want birds in your yard, this is the place to go. Mike is truly a legend—highly recommended!”

My granddaughter was disappointed that we couldn’t put fish in the tank right away, but your employee talked to her and explained her reasons so she could understand.
