“Let me start by saying that boutiques are my favorite way to shop in person. Honestly out of every boutique I've been to around the state/country/world Besselli surpasses all that I've been to. It's an experience rather than just shopping. Everyone is so friendly and not pushy, the atmosphere and decor are amazing, their sales are unreal, the brands are some of my favorites (Mother, Faithfull, For Love and Lemons). Green Bay is (being as small as it is) lucky to have such a great local business.”

“I go to aerie once every few years, lost, looking for a new bra. I typically boycott bras but need a few for appropriate occasions. With how little I wear them and a drastic weight change since high school I never knew what size I was. I have been measured a few time in the past but still was always uncomfortable with my bra choice. Today I went in and was helped by Kiera at my local aerie, she measured me and took the time to go through different styles and fits. She even came back to the dressing room to help with adjustments and making sure I had the proper fit! She really took the time to help me today and never once made me feel like I was rushed or an inconvenience to her. After trying on quite a few bras, and her grabbing me a few extras, I left with 2 bras today when I went in with little hope of even finding 1. I wore one of the bras out tonight, I was comfortable, it stayed in place and it has restored my faith in bras! Thank you so much to the employee who helped me today!!”

“I came in and was immediately greeted and guided to the section I was there for. The staffed helped coordinate some of the outfits and even went and got different sizes while I was in the dressing room. Overall I was very impressed with the staff and pleased with my experience. Great job ladies!”
“I was looking for midi skirts in my size, and I found Old Navy. I went in and asked an assistant if she could help me. She said yes. She put down the items she was putting on the shelves and directed me to wear the skirts were. She found 2 that I really love. She was such a great help, plus the prices were great.”

“I went in yesterday when I had an odd amount of time to spend down town before picking my hubby up from work. I went in because I saw the cutest red sweater from the window. I walked in and while I wasn't verbally greeted, the room greeted me and I found myself surrounded by high-quality clothes and cozy vibes. I went in to look at the red sweater, I forget now what was on it, but instead, I left with the coziest, most versatile sweat duo ever. I can dress it up with jeans and the sweater and some nice jewelry. Or wear it as is and be comfy as heck. 10/10, will go back the next time I have a minute and I'm downtown.”
“Came in looking for swim trunks. Didn't find any, but not surprising since it was January. However, we did both find new hats, about half the original price, and they fit nicely.”

“Ashley was PHENOMENAL ! She exceeded my expectations and WENT ABOVE and beyond helping me on 3 different occasions. 3 occasions in which I was not the most ‘ simple ‘ customer . First in Feburary , I came to the store to last minute find brunch outfits for a vacation, my flight was the next day so I couldnt order clothes that I liked in store ( but didnt have my size ). Initially because I was in a rush, I was very short speaking with Ashley which was rude I eventually checked my own ego & apologized for my off putting behavior & explained to her that I was last minute notified of needing brunch outfits for this trip. Ashley was super helpful and turned my day around & helped me find some super cute clothes ! The 2nd occasion last week I entered the store in a rush again ofcourse and wanted to return a few items that were too big . As Ashley started the return I received a work call for a telephone meeting so I was rudely taking a call as Ashley was trying to help me . She did not take offense and even went the extra mile to help me order the correct size online and have it shipped to my home . The most difficult occasion that I’m embarrassed about was yesterday lol . I had received 2 large bags full of $800 worth of clothes from Torrid that I ordered online . I took the clothes to the store to return for a refund because initially I didn’t like how they fit on me . Guess who was there , yup Ashley ( this poor woman lol at this point I would turn my head the other way if I saw me coming ) . I explained to Ashley that I wanted a refund she scanned in over 35 items for a return ( some refunds going back to my Torrid credit card , personal credit card , and Klanara installment payment method ) but wait it gets worst ( on my behalf ) . I then leave the store for about 10 minutes and decide I actually do want the clothes . So I called the store and asked Ashley if I could repurchase the items and if she could price match them . To my surprise she said yes so I hurried back to the store and she rang me up for all the items I wanted and mind you we’re talking about 35+ items it took some time to price match each one and I felt bad because there were other customers, she had a trainee , that needed help with another customer , and a delivery truck had came too so it was a busy time for Ashley but not once did she get frustrated she kept a positive attitude and had the “ look at the glass halfway full not empty “ attitude . I am beyond appreciative for the excellent customer service she exhibited even when I wasn’t the best . Thank you Ashely !”
