“Hobby Lobby truly is a one-stop shop for crafters and beyond! Whether you’re into DIY projects, home décor, seasonal decorations, or specialty supplies, it’s amazing how often you can find items there that other stores just don’t carry.
Because the store is so large and packed with inventory, it can sometimes take a little help to track things down. Thankfully, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, they’ve not only pointed me in the right direction but have actually walked me to the exact item I was looking for. That level of customer service really makes a difference.

My distributor at the time went out of business, which at the time was unfortunate for me, but finding Denell and Painted has been a blessing. As I was browsing the Patio Furniture, a very kind and knowledgeable associate, Chad, asked if I needed assistance or if I had any questions. My questions required some additional assistance, so Chad offered to consult with his District Manager, Angie. The level of excellence, continued to escalate. Angie was beyond helpful, and modeled behaviors for all staff to follow. I truly enjoyed our conversation, comparing retail notes.
I purchased the patio set. I was informed that one of the managers, Amanda would phone me, most likely on Wednesday. Right on cue, Amanda called me and a delivery date was scheduled.
Today, precisely at 2PM, the scheduled delivery time, my patio set was delivered with care by Chad and Taylor.
