“Overall, Mazda of Greenfield's service department is very good - friendly, professional, efficient. However, when I arrived I was told that there was no appointment in the system. I told the intake guy that I had made it a few hours earlier, but apparently the lady I had called never entered it. They were able to get me in, though, and perform the requested service at a reasonable cost.”

“Id been hunting online for the vehicle that spoke to me. Id done all I had to for pre-approval and finally found the one! I found my next truck. Somehow the lines got crossed and a salesman from New Car Sales Josh called me and I let him know I was looking at a used vehicle. He helped me through everything without ever having to step in the door.
Last minute and on his day off Josh came in to finalize the paperwork and I took my new (to me) truck home.
I appreciated Josh helping and guiding me through everything, even on his day off. Nobody does that and I didn't want to wait all weekend to pick up the truck so he came in special, even when it wasn't technically his department. I really appreciated that red carpet treatment even if it was just for a used vehicle.
Ill never buy brand new but id definitely buy my next vehicle from a place where their employees literally bend over backwards for a customer.

I originally came in for a splash shield, but after checking over my car, she let me know I also had a nail in my tire and suggested a quick patch. I really appreciated the honesty and attention to detail.
