“The owner Shawn helped me get my registration sorted so I could finally get my tags. So quick, no waiting, extremely friendly and professional. Then I went back to get my emissions done and I happened to get a flat tire the night before. He helped me sort out the emmisons and only charged me $35 for the labor and the used tire he put on. And the used tire had great tread and works for my car. 10/10 would recommend this shop. I will be going back and recommending them to all my friends and family. I appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and that he didn't over charge for his services.”

“Caliber Collision is an authorized shop for my insurance company so I wasn't sure what to expect.It has been many years since I've had an accident. I received regular status updates from the time they received my vehicle, reviewed the damage, received approval, started and completed work. They completed the work two days before their estimated completion date. My vehicle was delivered washed and detailed (to me that was a bonus). I would go back to them if I need any body work done on my vehicle.”
“My husband took his work vehicle there after an accident to be fixed. They looked it over and ordered parts immediately. They called in about a week having the parts ready to go. We then dropped the truck off, and they started working on it that day which was a tuesday. To our surprise, they called on Thursday to pick the truck up. They did Fast and great work on his vehicle. We are now having our Subaru dropped off there for some front end work done from someone hitting it in a parking lot. I will let you know how long it took for them to complete the job. Hopefully it will be as quick as my husband's work vehicle.”

“I've had a Great experience at the Infiniti Service Center both times that I've been there so far. I bought a used Infiniti Q50, they did a full inspection and recommended exactly what was needed. I worked with Tim but everyone that I talked to seemed really cool and helpful. I was even able to get a shuttle ride to work while my car was being worked on which was also very convenient and helpful! I also Love the inspection videos that they provide giving a detailed update about your vehicle. I highly recommend based on my overall experience!”
