“The mechanics here really do know what they're doing but they will try to sell you every little detail that your car needs done which can be kind of discouraging. The Groupon oil change was $55 but it ended up costing me $73 after all their additional fees. They recommended new belts but when I looked at them they weren't as cracked and bad as I was led to believe as well as the radiator which really also doesn't look bad. I'm not planning to replace either especially the radiator unless it starts to leak. If you want to thorough inspection on a used car before you buy it, I do recommend this place as they will find everything.”

“The owner Shawn helped me get my registration sorted so I could finally get my tags. So quick, no waiting, extremely friendly and professional. Then I went back to get my emissions done and I happened to get a flat tire the night before. He helped me sort out the emmisons and only charged me $35 for the labor and the used tire he put on. And the used tire had great tread and works for my car. 10/10 would recommend this shop. I will be going back and recommending them to all my friends and family. I appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and that he didn't over charge for his services.”

“They have the emission inspection process down to a well-oiled machine. I was so grateful to find one establishment that still delivers on this necessary but often thankless service. [Update: Although they were not doing emissions testing anymore as of 6-24-24, by 7-16-26 they are now a new company (A & W) and doing inspections again! Although there was no line when I went at 9am, I still had to wait a while before someone could do my emissions test.]”
“My husband took his work vehicle there after an accident to be fixed. They looked it over and ordered parts immediately. They called in about a week having the parts ready to go. We then dropped the truck off, and they started working on it that day which was a tuesday. To our surprise, they called on Thursday to pick the truck up. They did Fast and great work on his vehicle. We are now having our Subaru dropped off there for some front end work done from someone hitting it in a parking lot. I will let you know how long it took for them to complete the job. Hopefully it will be as quick as my husband's work vehicle.”

“Caliber Collision is an authorized shop for my insurance company so I wasn't sure what to expect.It has been many years since I've had an accident. I received regular status updates from the time they received my vehicle, reviewed the damage, received approval, started and completed work. They completed the work two days before their estimated completion date. My vehicle was delivered washed and detailed (to me that was a bonus). I would go back to them if I need any body work done on my vehicle.”
