“Recently, it appears the folks at Extra Space Storage on Green Bay Ave in Milwaukee have really stepped up their game. Friendly and helpful service. Also, (to my surprise) rates for units can vary significantly by facility location, even it's the same storage company! I have two Extra Space Storage units in two different parts of town. The same exact sized unit is more than $35 cheaper per month at their Green Bay Ave location! So, even if it's an extra drive... might be worth the savings.”
“Picked up a trailer for an afternoon and the whole process went very smoothly. Pick-up was quick and the man behind the counter (Theodore maybe?) was excellent. We drove off talking about how impressive the customer service was. Highly recommend.”
“I figured I’d see a Penske signature yellow truck for our delivery (after looking at all the other photos posted here) but a white one arrived instead!! I looked it up later, and learned that Penske is now going to be using more white trucks because they are more efficient for the company and easier to resell afterwards, which was very interesting to find out. Even with the vehicle color surprise, the delivery process was simple. The employees were beyond expectations-- nice, helpful, professional. Thank you guys, you were awesome!!”

“I’ve used uhaul many times. The guy who helped me was very pleasant. He had me in and out. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in all the years I’ve used uhaul. The truck was very clean and smelled good. I most definitely recommend this location.”
“I made the reservation online and gor a call to confirm it almost immediately. The people there qere friendly and everything went well. You'll need a credit card,a copy of your car insurance (digital works) and your driver's license.”

“Had an excellent experience at Budget, in minutes from the time I walked in, to when I got into the car; it was definitely the most efficient and enjoyable car rental experience I’ve ever had. RanDee was the bomb, she was super helpful and friendly. She guided me through the car rental process and even showed me how to connect my phone to CarPlay. I will be back!”

“I've been using this storage unit for many years. Really clean facility. My only complaint is the main doors as well as the main garage door are not working. And they don't know when they will b fixed. So I had to use the side entrance that I never realized was there! It all worked out”

“I needed boxes to organize my storage....they have a nice selection of various sizes and tapes etc. Service was fine, all was good...
I was let down by the quality of the boxes....They ripped at the corner seems...Perhaps, there are weight limits...or preferred functions that the boxes were designed for, that I was not aware of...with the exception of the boxes, not meeting my expectations, the visit was fine....
BUT, in the end I went there because I wanted new, good quality, Boxes....And,in that, it was a fail....Sorry but the boxes were flimsy and not nearly what I was expecting.....I will need to replace all the boxes with strong sturdy boxes as soon as I can locate a new supplier. ....”
“Rented a 16 foot Truck from Budget in West Allis. 2 guys at the front desk were awesome and super helpful! Daniel was very patient with us as we called our insurance company to see if the truck would be covered under our current policy (took like 20 minutes). Make sure if you're renting a truck to check if you need to buy extra insurance for the truck (unexpected extra $300 at budget since our policy didn't cover rental trucks). Overall great experience and would use budget rental trucks in West Allis anytime.”
“Went in on a Sunday morning to rent a moving truck. Staff was helpful and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
Truck had a hole in the exhaust but you couldn't notice it in the cabin of the truck, mostly it was just extra noisy. Truck worked well other than that.
Returned it later that day, seemed like there was only one person on staff but he was kind as I waited for him and I got a paper receipt and was on my way.
Solid U-Haul place. Not sure if they got a new manager or something since I was put off by a lot of...less than stellar reviews. But, at least when I was there, I'd say I had a solid U-Haul experience.”
“I went to the wrong location to pick up my Uhaul, but the young man who helped me was wonderful and get me set-up with a new reservation, so I didn't have to uber 15 minutes away. (The gentleman with blonde hair working the morning of 8/12)”
“This is the best uhaul place. I rented vans and trucks here for 6-8 times in the past 3-4 years everytime i move or every time my friends move and i have to help them. Despite hectic(often stressed) and heavy flow of customers, especially in peak seasons like the end and beginning days of the months, the staff here maintain professionalism, are kind and very nice. The manager LeeAnn is cool and professional. Thank you to the staff here for making my move less stressful!”

“Everyone was very helpful. Storage unit was very clean. Only thing I was concerned with is went i went to the unit someone rode a motorcycle through the building. Kayle was very helpful and got me moved closer to the door . I have neuropathy and my original unit was in the back of the building. Walking distance is hard for me. She relocated my unit close to the door. I can't thank her enough.”
