“Great doctors! But one specific nurse Puerto Rican older lady had a bad attitude with me as a parents and my child! I wonder how many people are been mistreated by this person! The rest of the personal are great! Just patients be careful w this nurse! Next time I see the owner I will report this women ! She don’t deserve to be working for a great clinic like this one! “So, there are a lot of bad reviews posted about Pro Health in New Berlin. I'm in the Pro Health network and have frequented this office more then any other over the last decade. While I wouldn't say the service is 100% fantastic, personally I've found it to be more then satisfactory. The people are generally pleasant, even if they aren't always overly enthusiastic about their jobs. I think some of the comment posters here need to realize that not EVERY single employee is always going to be of the highest quality. But most of the people I've encountered at this location are nice and eager to help. Just sayin'”
“I had a great experience!!! I thought my hearing aide s were broken but when I was examined I found out that I was installing them incorrectly! I was shocked. I was shown the correct way to put them in and acquired a lot of other info. I CAN HEAR AGAIN!!!!”

“This building is home to approx. 17 offices. Urgent care, pharmacy, Lab, variety of doctors. I've always found the staff well organized and knowledgeable. The place is clean. You have access to wheelchairs, there is one dinky elevator in the middle ( offices) but if you are having any mobility issues and have an appnt and than go to pharmacy for example you may want to grab a chair. I've gotten there a little late and even security helped me get in the building and providing me a wheelchair to get me to Urgent care to see if they could draw labs since I missed the lab appnt and they were closed. Very accommodating and got what I needed. It's a very nice little clinic with no fuss yet very professional. Some specialties ,, ex. Cardiologist may come there only on Tuesday but will accommodate you at their main office. Check in out,, I'm very pleased.”
