“The whole experience was amazing. We were waiting for our new house to go through closing. We had to change the move date 3 times. Ike was wonderful. He understood our situation and was more than willing to work with us. The movers Al and Don were at our home right on time. Both men were very professional and kind. They worked quickly but carefully. Everything got to the new home without any damage. They cautiously brought all our belongings into our home. I never want to have to move again but if I do it would definitely be FIVE Star movers would get the call. And I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a moving company. Sometimes you get a dud that is just not friendly and doesn’t really say much. Overall, they get my packages where they need to go.”

He was super professional, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He never squabbled about my last minute changes or the huge number of details involved. He was an excellent manager and communicator and worked to help keep me in budget. He was so pleasant to work with and I am super grateful. He made this beast of a project seamless. His team’s packing skills are second to none. I have never had any very fragile items broken, which is always amazing given how far some items travel. Brian behind the counter always greets my colleagues and me with a smile and he is so kind and helpful when working on my shipments.Due to the number and size of my boxes, it often takes a few minutes to get through the shipment, but Brian never makes us feel as though the work is a burden and is friendly throughout the whole process.We are always excited to see that Brian is working when we come through the doors!”

When I was having a problem with the printer to print some pictures on letter size papers he didn't hesitate to help and asked me just to email them to the shop email address and took care of the rest professionally.
