“Amazing! The front desk, techs, and veterinarian were all compassionate, understanding, personable, and friendly! We just moved from Florida and needed urgent care. The staff was very helpful and understanding; they worked with us to make sure both my dogs could be seen same day.

“Love it here. The people love my pet and I can tell. They take such good care of them when they are here. They know them by name and it's always a wonderful feeling knowing my pet is taken care of.
My biggest issue is with corporate and staffing issues. This location has had staffing issues and it's frustrating when you're trying to get things taken care of.
I've yet to meet any employee here who was bad or negative or anything so I'm assuming the issue here is with corporate.... Change your ways corporate.”

“I brought my cat, Yukon Cornelius, here late last Sunday night with an emergency. They were able to take him back and treat him right away. The staff was so professional, so kind and caring, and really took the time to help me understand what was happening and what our treatment options were. I didn't feel pressured to pay for expensive treatment and surgery, but was presented honestly with my options and what it might cost.
Dr. Lynch was amazing! She performed the surgery that night and provided me with updates afterwards and again before she left in the morning. He had to stay another night and I got multiple calls from the other doctors letting me know how he was. When I came to pick him up, the front desk staff and vet tech were very thorough about his aftercare and took the time to answer all my questions. I can't thank them enough for saving my lil' man and will recommend VCA to all my pet-owning friends and family.
***By the way, Yukon is doing so well! He was a little drug-drunk for the first day, but he is back to his goofy self and healing fast.”
