“After our truck got stuck and had to sit for 3 days due to a tow ban it was buried in snow and ice. We called captains auto and bobs towing, both worked together and hooked BOTH light duty tow trucks (5500 chassis) trucks to try and pull, they maxed out there winch's and the truck didn't even budge an inch. This took them a total of 2 hours.
We were convinced we needed a medium to heavy duty wrecker and was told it’d be a 24-48 wait.
We called Accel auto and they came out within an hour! Using the SAME SIZE TRUCK as the first two companies, Carl at Accel was able to get our truck out in only 20 minutes. Without him we would be paying upwards of $1000 and be waiting days.

“Was having transmission issues so took it into Bergstrom Toyota, they told us we needed a whole new transmission and it was gonna cost an arm and a leg. So I found this place online, was able to get in the very next day and they checked fluids n such. All that needed to be done was a flush/new fluid. Saved us thousands!!
