βI find this Kwik trip to bea friendly place to stop in for things I need and choose not to go to a full size grocery store. Love the chicken and of course sweet rolls.β
βSuper friendly clerk that quickly came to the pumps to show me how to use my pick n save points. We got a full tank of gas for $1.90 off per gallon... $12.50? C'mon man.. Haven't been to this store in over a year but it's good to see they are continuing the great service and prices. Thanks guys!β
βThis is our fave convenience ?store & β½ station. Even if it's busy or slow, we're ALWAYS greeted immediately. Employees smile with a chipper, "Hi &/or Hello'. I'm so happy that this is my/our corner?store and β½station.You don't even get greetings like that in restaurants. Very down to ?. They also have gr8 prices for ?β½?β?. The store and the ?οΈ lot are kept up well, its clean, and it's organized. We love you guys & keep up the awesome job!!!!β
βProbably the best gas station in Appleton. The prices are reasonable and store is clean. Which is great! ...But what sets this Motomart apart from any other gas stations: the staff are amazing! I've yet to run into an unfriendly employee and all go above and beyond... especially Shelby who is just *chefs kiss* The Best. I know how hard it is to find dedicated staff, but this Motomart managed to get an All-Star team.To the guy leaving a 3 star review because "there's a lot of stuff out of stock" during the height of the Covid lockdowns: you do realize the whole world shut down, right? I know its crazy, but they don't have a Frito-Lay/Hershey/Pepsi factory behind the store so its not the fault of anyone working at this Motomart if there's items out-of-stock... your immense entitlement must be clouding your minuscule common sense. Jerk.β

βBeen a loyal customer for since I moved to Menasha never had any issues til tonight when the cashier was very rude n didn't ask the customer if they wanted bags assuming I was being rude she kept on going assuming I was being rude I asked her nicely to stop assuming that I'm being rude guess she never heard of customers always right but otherwise great placeβ

βCustomer service is great here. The girls really look out for their customers. Never a issue there. Just 1 time. Pretty sure that employee pocketed my payment. Told me I took to long to pump. (Pre paid for a reason) Used to restroom and grabbed something to drink
3 liter of RC Cherry 2liter $1.49 or RC. So never got my gas because of company policy
I had to call them about it...
Besides Kwik Trip only has station opened the latest in Kaukauna. My vehicle likes that gas.
Cigs are cheaper as wellβ

βAbsolutely love the staff at this place! Everytime I go up to Athelstane I make it a point to buy my beer from this gas station because it's coolers keep it a perfect temp. But it's the staff that works here that make the experience enjoyable they are always ready with a smile and easy to talk to.β

βPay at the pump. EZ. Kwik Trips all have similar internal organization plans. Even if the store layout is a little different the logic is the same making it EZ to find things.β

β5 Stars to the cashier for telling me how to use their pumps as I wasn't use to pumping gas with that kind of pump and couldn't figure it out as I was in mid panick attack from the day I was already having.β

βThis location besides a couple others is my favorite in the area. The employees here are some of the nicest to interact with. The self-checkout is convenient since I usually just get a drink and snack. The store overall always looks clean especially around the hot food/cold drink areas. Very convenient overallβ

βIt's a gas station. It doesn't take much to get 5 stars, the guy behind the counter was nice. However, its not hard to lose a star or 2 as well. Cigarettes are cheaper here than most gas stations or other places around here, so that's good to knowβ

βThe CVS pharmacy, located inside Target, at 4301 W. Wisconsin, in Appleton has a team of pharmacists, and techs, who have demonstrated their care for my health -- and furthermore my ability to have positive results thru the application of various medications ordered by my physicians.
They actually greet me by my first name, seem glad to learn the medications are effectual, and even know little particulars about my personal life. It is delightful to have them on my "care" team, as professionals.
I could speak to additional positive interactions -- although, I hope you appreciate my sentiments.β
βI accidentally left my debit card in the ATM at this location yesterday and called today, only for the employees I spoke with (on the phone and in person) were very friendly and helpful. Grateful for them today!β

βThis location is fairly busy but they are always quick at filling prescriptions so you donβt have to wait. The techs and pharmacist are always friendly and helpful. Meds do sometimes go on back order but I know they work diligently to fill prescriptions as fast as they can.β
βThe laundromat attached to Express Convenience Center is really nice. I go there every two weeks. The place is kept clean, and all the washers and dryers work. If there are any issues, there is a phone number around the corner from the bathroom, and the owner will come and fix the issues.The only thing I don't like about the place is that some of the people that go there do not have common curiosity. They will put their clothes in the washers or dryers and leave, and they sometimes don't come back for hours, while other people need to use them. Plus, they don't pick up after themselves.Other than that, this laundromat is really nice.β
βThe best chicken in the Fox Valley! A good selection of sodas that you do not see other places. Earn another star by having a little more positive personalities when serving customers. Some of the ladies are nice, most are smug. Turn that around!β
