Additionally, the front door is working much better since switching out the inside mechanics upon your recommendation and replacement. But you especially went above and beyond when you replaced the hardware set that I messed up from mis-threading the hole for an upgraded set screw. I fully expected to pay for my mistake in that situation, but your department insisted on replacing the unit.
