Long story short, I needed to get 4 tires asap plus oil change ? I shopped around all these different stores trying to find the best deal and needless to say, it was very overwhelming especially with being a female not knowing much about cars. Every single store I called or went to I would get a huge spiel and be told that there was way more things that needed to be done with my car, or I’d have to wait weeks because, I had an unusual tire. Finally came across A&A Tires reached out them, spoke with a kind gentleman who was able to answer all my questions and got me right away to fix my car that same day I can’t thank them enough ?❤️

Waiting I asked if they were able to put a head light in (mines went out) Steve such a cool sweet guy he helped me. He noticed I had the wrong bulb so we drove to the nearest auto zone and I we got the right one. When returning back they said the tire I had was no good (which I already knew already my tires were balding) so they suggested I get two new tires (well used) and I agreed. The owner gave me a deal so I definitely will be back to get the other two just off the service I received and how they treated me so well. Ok now back to the headlight steve suggested I get two one of the headlights were really yellow and wasn’t bright enough he told me he didn’t want me out at night driving with no lights so now my brights are brighter for now which I truly appreciate until I can figure out why the other part isn’t coming on he was so nice customer service was a 10/10 I would recommend them on any day. I also want to thank Nathan I believe he helped with my tires he was pretty quiet but he also was very nice. Again thank you Mr. P’s you guys will definitely see me again you have a new customer.”

“On the way to work with all of the construction going on I got a flat tire. I was so stressed, late to work, and knew I needed to pick my kiddos up from daycare by the end of the day. As I was waiting for roadside assistance I looked around at auto places, and saw all the amazing reviews for Kusch’s! From the moment I called Drew was immensely kind and helpful. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile, and offered a free loaner car so I could get to work quickly. I was texted by noon an update about my car, and they even offered to do an oil change, so grateful that they checked my oil as it was very low. They had my car ready by 3pm for me to pick up. Out the door with an oil change and patching my tire, it cost about 170$ which to me was incredibly reasonable. Thank you to Drew, Vinny, the very kind front desk man, and everyone for your warm, kind, and efficient service!!!!!”
“Trust me, if you are looking for a tire store. Go to Tire Plus in Franklin! My family has been going to this location for over five years. When you walk in the door, and it’ll be more than likely Corey, the store manager will greet you. We have all had experiences when we go into a tire store and you wonder if you really needed a new tire. Especially if you send your daughter-will they take advantage of the situation. Well, Corey is as honest as they come. We found out that we didn’t need a new tire. And sometimes we did. Trust is what’s most important and they have mine. I highly recommend Plus at 10800 West Speedway Dr. in Franklin. I’ll give them a plug, 'cause I’m looking at the card: they do alignments, batteries, brakes, and oil changes, and of course, tires.”

“Using Baychar was a great experience. I have taken my car to them a few times and all repairs were completed at a fair price. The latest time I took my car in I had to decide if I wanted to go ahead with the repair or salvage the car. They gave me time to think about it and didn't pressure me into a repair when the cost wasn't worth it. They went above and beyond to connect me with a salvage yard and also took pictures for me so I could obtain a temporary tag so I could transfer my plates to a new car. They didn't have to do that but went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Baychar.”

Duane, who manages that location is so personable, knowledgeable, straight forward and is pretty witty, I actually look forward to seeing him.
