“I have had a business in downtown Waukesha going on 43 years and there is literally no one downtown that I would trust to make a new logo for my t-shirts. I found Adam and his store fully promoted, and he did just what I wanted. I do outdoor festivals in the Summers and give my t-shirts away with a purchase of my garments I make. People would rather have the t-shirts Adam printed then what I'm trying to sell lol! I'm so happy and I will continue to go to fully promoted from now on.”

“City Press is a complete print stop for everything that I need. They have the best equipment in the nation (yes, you read that right, IN THE NATION) and their staff is attentive, perceptive and flexible. They have marketing capabilities such as mass mailing that can specifically target areas that I need for my demographics. They can provide on demand print, so I can design whatever documents I need for my staff, the staff goes in and customizes it for their projects, and it is delivered as asked for, on time, and perfectly presented. City Press truly delivers all that anyone can ask for in print.”

“They helped me return a poorly shipped Drumkit.... Very heavy package so yo go here first. They create a return label and you actually drop it off at the Ground Shipping terminal in Menomonee Falls. After following instructions from the security Guard at the Guard shack I pulled in and a gentlemen helped me offload onto a cart and back it went. The company got the big box back and I recieved a full refund. Smooth straight-forward process.”

“Come in off Sussex on the east side of the building and park in the truck staging area. Ok to park overnight, potopotties on lot. Driver check in is the door right across from the lot. Go in and straight ahead up the stairs. Read the signs and follow the directions (basically don't approach the window until you're called) and you'll get your dock assignment. Pretty much the same as all the other reviews, which I'm glad I read before coming because I would have gone to the wrong spot and been all confused ? Lady at the desk was super nice, loading was fairly quick, good amount of space to get into the docks. If you're picking up recycled paper, be ready for a messy trailer!”

“The customer service is absolutely above and beyond here, I can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly everyone is!! In the past few weeks I have come into the store several times with a large amount of online shopping returns to a clothing store. I needed assistance with sending them back both via regular shipping and a method called “Happy Returns” where they have to scan a QR code and then the tag of each piece of clothing I was returning from that order. This was along with the regular UPS returns, where they taped the boxes up for me and everything . Despite this being a time consuming process (and me coming in like a disorganized tornado, very close to closing time, lol) Usman, Sami, Ev, Matt, and Dill provided me with excellent, attentive, patient, and the friendliest of customer service on all occasions I came in. They made the last step in what was a stressful process for me, easy and reassuring. They have gained a lifelong customer in me and I absolutely recommend them to anyone for all of their shipping needs, they are simply the best! Thank you so much guys!!”

“With such low reviews, I was hesitant to visit this FedEx location. But this was the only one on the way home. I was pleasantly surprised - Ava was super efficient and nice! The best FedEx employee I have ever met. The place was consistently busy, but she was helping each customer with a nice smile.”

“This place worked hard to make sure I got my package after another delivery location mis-sorted it. The manager did it first thing in the morning when they got there. The package was late due to another plant, but because of their work I did not lose thousands of dollars and months of time that would have been lost if they did not get this to me when they did. Thank God for these people!”
