I got two shirts. I had an issue with one of them though. I live about 5 hours away so going back and asking about it is not an option for me. I turned the shirt inside out and washed it on cold and tumble dried it on low. I put the shirt on and went out to run some errands when I noticed some of the design lifting away from the shirt. This can mean a few different things... not enough pressure, the heat press has a cold spot, or the vinyl had oils from hands or something on the adhesive side that prevented it from sticking to the shirt. Shirts I've made do not have this issue so I know my wash routine for the shirt was good. Thankfully, I can fix it so the shirt is salvagable by removing the part of the design that wouldn't fully stick and if I want, replace it with some different vinyl and a similar cut/design. Not everyone has the capability to do this though. After your design has been pressed onto the shirt, I recommend you check the edges of the design to make sure they are fully adhered to the shirt.”

“Bought a used boat from them back in April. Had some issues with it and notified them telling them what was going on. They could have said, well that's the risk with buying a used boat. But they didn't. They wanted to help me figure out what the problem was. At no extra charge. I'm very thankful to them for doing that. Very friendly helpful staff.”
