“Great professional care! The staff are all so helpful and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. Cannot say enough good about this clinic! So happy I made the switch to them.”

“Unsure where to even start but our entire experience with the staff at packerland vet clinic couldn't have been more positive. 12. That's the number of vet clinics I frantically called begging for help and aside from the lady who suggested packerland to me (Omro veterinary staff) I really didn't feel like anyone cared or would help us until I made the call. I spent 2 days absolutely frantic thinking I wouldn't have this moment right here ever again but thanks to the entire staff I do. Thank you for going above and beyond for my little girl and ensuring we have many more years together! Tia, Maddie, Maddix, Logan, and Grandma ❤”

“Very prompt with email replies, Dr. Ruffing is amazing, takes her time and answers all my questions! Quick to approve orders, and several receptionists so you're never waiting in line to check in. I also didn't have to wait that long for my cat to be called back to the exam room. Also, it smelled good in there! Not like a wet dog lol. Never felt pressured to have any procedures done, got info and cost on a procedure my cat may need done if she exhibited the signs. Very professional.”

“We have been with Parkside for about 18 years with two dogs. We love the care, the attention to detail, and the kindness the staff has shown our dogs. They saved our puppy’s life.”

“To give a concise review, some context is needed. We have three dogs and a cat that are patients here. Two of the dogs are from rescues, and one of them was incredibly reactive when we first started bringing him here. In brief, I would say the following: - They are accommodating (they let us bring his reactivity trainer to appointments). - They are patient, this is not a place that rotates through patients as fast as possible to make money. - They are incredibly professional, polite, and informative. Doctor Theresa, Blair, and the rest of the team are invaluable to the care of our pets, and we would not trade them for any other team. Their ethics, care, and their years of experience resound profoundly throughout their practice, from the veterinary exam all the way down to the front desk. If you are looking for a veterinary practice, look no further.”

“The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Dr Kramer is always willing to answer all my questions and crawls around on the floor giving Coal lots of attention. Coal has been going to Animal Hospital of Ashwaubenon since he was a puppy. I am very happy with how they treat Coal and myself.”

“We brought in our 6 month old kitten Kuma for his updated booster shots and some blood work. My bf and I were very anxious to find out any bad news, but it went smoothly and amazing! the staff and Doc were incredibly nice and helpful. We will be transferring our other cats to this Vet as well!”

“We love it here. Dr Michael is so nice and cool! We’ve been bringing our two dogs here about 7 years now and are always happy with our experience! Our poor old girl Lucy just had to have a bunch of teeth pulled and they took such good care of her over there. She’s doing great! We would recommend TLC to anyone with pets!🩷”

“I was surprised when I came in and the tech advised that one of the vaccines for both of my dogs were probably not a necessity, which saved me an extra office visit and 2 vaccine charges. Usually a clinic will try to push for things rather than not. Dr. Jen and the tech were and are always great in gaining the trust of my animals and making sure they are comfortable after a vacation. Thank you for your support.”

“Everyone at Riverside has been great with us in caring for our dog. We've been visiting them for several years and they've always given us good advice and multiple options to consider. When it came to the end of our dog's life, they were totally professional, courteous, and compassionate.”
