Customers are greeted as soon as they walk in the door and offered immediate assistance, so no one has to wander around looking for an employee. The staff provides personalized attention and will explain where it makes sense to spend more or save money on a product. They are always ready to help and have wonderful knowledge in their specific departments. The store is well-stocked, always having what customers need with good options and necessary accessories. It is also considered the best place to take lawnmowers and equipment for repairs, with staff who do a really outstanding job. Customers enjoy their visits, feel comfortable asking for help, and find the store to be a better alternative to big box stores. It is a place where they do it all, providing awesome customer service and expert knowledge.

Best place to take your lawnmower for repairs. These guys do a really outstanding job. I took my Toro in this afternoon and Bill had it running in no time. This is really one of the better places in the area to get equipment serviced.
