Ace Hardware is a local store with fantastic and absolutely outstanding service. The staff are friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, and unbelievably awesome. Customers are greeted as soon as they walk in the door and offered immediate assistance, so no one has to wander around looking for an employee. The staff provides personalized attention and will explain where it makes sense to spend more or save money on a product. They are always ready to help and have wonderful knowledge in their specific departments. The store is well-stocked, always having what customers need with good options and necessary accessories. It is also considered the best place to take lawnmowers and equipment for repairs, with staff who do a really outstanding job. Customers enjoy their visits, feel comfortable asking for help, and find the store to be a better alternative to big box stores. It is a place where they do it all, providing awesome customer service and expert knowledge.

Staff was so much help. One greeted me at the door and took me right to what I needed. I wasn't sure what I needed but she did. Clean store. Nicely organized.
