“Picked up a sway bar from them, picked it out and had them pull it. When they pulled it they noticed it was potentially damaged so they pulled another for me at no charge. Didn’t know about it until I went and picked it up and they let me decide between the two. They even sent me off with some extra parts. Staffing was extremely friendly across the board. These guys really go above and beyond, 5 stars for these gentleman all day long.”
“I am so happy to have these guys in New London! They have been beyond friendly and helpful to me. I was stuck across the street at Taco Bell when my car would not start. I called and asked if they would be willing to come across the street to start my battery so that I could take my car to the store for them to check. Without hesitation, he (I did not get his name, but it might have been the manager) brought the jump box to start my car and I was able to get to the store. They changed my battery within minutes. Noah and Chris were fantastic employees who made sure that my car started before I left. They deserve a raise. I am thrilled to see this kind of customer service in a society that does not have that anymore. Thank you!”
