“All locations seem to do very well at being the do it yourself and contractor supply and appliance store. I initially made a purchase at the Oshkosh location and when the appliance failed within warranty the Oshkosh store hooked me up with the DePere store who had a replacement for me. It all went very smoothly and only reinforced my belief in Menards being a really great store to shop at for some bigger ticket home items.”

“I am absolutely never disappointed by the West Green Bay Home Depot. Recently acquiring a home built in 1953, renovations are a must! Every employee is always more than willing to ask if we have any questions, or to point us in the right direction. Customer service is always awesome.
I highly suggest utilizing their app also for finding things in the store. Accuracy is awesome.
P.S. I am also a pro member, but no employee knows that until checkout, so it does not affect how I am treated in the store.”

* Appoinment was on 15th July 06:00 am, I arrived on 14th July 17:30. They accepted delivery (Appreciated)
* Check in: Check in office is by the docks, you can find easily.
* Nobody was there, One guy saw me. He called someone right away and gave me dock number
* They unloaded around 2 hours. 47 palets. Palets were not organized. I think they unloaded quick.

“Menards is always a very solid choice if you need anything for the house or hardware related items. Think of it like a combination of Walmart and Home Depot. They always have very good 11% rebates available. You just have to do a little bit of work with the rebate process by grabbing coupons and receipt receipts and submitting them. The people and staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.”
