We had already made up our mind to submit the application that very day we came and were able to get through with it. For other documents and receipts, Emily was on top of things and really worked around my convenience to have those sent via email. So grateful! “FCCU by far is one of the best! Definitely better than using a bank. Am glad i switched. The staff is always friendly at this location, greet you when you walk in the door, especially the branch manager. I also like if your income is not high, they still give you a opportunity to build your credit score up.
At times lobby is very busy, but the wait is worth it. FCCU also does a lot for the community, including the LGBT community which is what attracted me to them. Thank you! Highly recommend FCCU”
“I am only leaving a review for the banking app that has recently been updated a couple months ago to a new Version I like the old app better because it was more accurate and quicker so you can see the accurate amount and your account right away. This one. The new one is so slow. It does not give you accurate numbers right away. It doesn’t give you accurate balances right away you can close it sign out many times and it still won’t give you the right numbers. I really dislike the new app.”
“What a comfortable and professional place!! The set up of the building is very customer focused with a cute sitting area, and drinks available. The teller greeted me the moment I walked in, and Rob was available to assist me with opening a checking and savings account right away. He was easy to work with, professional and put just enough personal into it where it felt welcoming but not invasive. Both interactions were very genuine. “We’ve recently moved from Neenah to Green Bay and so we transferred to the Howard location CFCU. Tonight we worked with Nancy and she was absolutely wonderful!! Such a pleasure to work with and she helped us get a personal loan in less than an hour. The process couldn’t have gone smoother and we are so grateful! All of the staff were so pleasant and kind! Banking can be stressful but this experience was quite the opposite! 😊”
