“I was referred to Jim's by my dealership for there excellence in fairness and ability
The accident is still to be determined and the work has not yet begun. My car is charcoal gray with gold metal flake and I'm nervous that the paint and flake won't match or flake won't lay proper however Shane rested all my fears that he could accomplish this with ease and would stand behind his work My insurance company will make me whole however would like me to use there supplier but when I explained the process and evaluation given they too now have confidence.
I look forward to the repair and even though it's a stressful process it's one stress I'm getting a feeling won't be there I was treated well and the appraisal was at no cost So far so good

I had the repairs done at Jim's Autobod
Katelyn the receptionist/front end manager was an outstanding asset for me. Keeping me informed taking my calls and when my stress levels were at there highest from the other driver not responding to my insurance company she took the time to ease my mind when she didn't have to, certainly above her pay grade it's no longer a wonder to me why my associate recommended Jim's
All that being said
My car had damage to the rear quarter panel, passenger door and front fender plus the rear bumper cap was replaced (not covered by insurance but yet part of the repair go figure)
When I picked up my vehicle Shane took me to it to explain what he had done and how he did it.
I was amazed!!! The car was beautiful!!
It was as if Shane was an artist. The body lines were exceptional the paint appears flawless My car is Charcoal gray/black and the paint over this extensive area for a 9 year old vehicle matches so well.
To jump ahead the next day when the sun hit the repair the Gold Metal flake glowed perfectly It was applied so well I couldn't be more pleased. The coolness factor of my car is intact and I cannt thank Shane enough.
Back to the Bumper cap OMG that repair is incredible A note to everyone The list price for the cap is apx $900 plus labor and it was done at $300 plus labor
I could go on and I will
There was a large dent on the bottom of the door not covered to my surprise Shane had repaired it No charge, there was an area near the rear quarter panel not covered also repaired No charge I didn't ask for him to do these repairs but it was his pride in workmanship that promoted this additional work
To close I'm going to repeat I've see repairs done to friends cars My repair looks as though an artist was involved
I'm thankful to my associates recommendation but most Thankful for the care and quality of work done. The cost isn't even a factor with such excellence but the cost was extremely fair I must say you will be lucky if Shane can work on your car too
