“My car was just picked up from them today. The work was meticulously and perfectly done. They ran into a problem and kept me updated through each step. As a former claims adjuster, I would often send clients to this shop and they were always pleased. Today, I count myself as one of those pleased customers. Professional, clean, communicative, and most importantly, reliable and 5 ⭐ work! Thank you!!!!”

“I had to get body work done after an accident, and I ended up going with Collision County Line based on a recommendation. Honestly relieved I did. The staff was upfront with me the whole way through — no pressure, no weird upselling, just clear answers about what needed fixing and why. They kept me posted while my car was in the shop, which I appreciated since that part of the process can be stressful. Pricing was also better than a couple other quotes I'd gotten. Car came back looking good as new. Not something I was excited to deal with, but they made a bad situation a lot more manageable. Would go back if I ever needed to (though hopefully I won't).”

“Oh the pesky window star from a stone. My 1974 BMW windshield took a hit and I was afraid I'd need a replacement window. My American Family Insurance Agent reached out to Safelite, they responded immediately, followed up after we got an appointment scheduled and the tech upon arrival nailed it. On time, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. A great experience all around. I would absolutely advocate for Safelite.”
