“I need to give a solid shout out to Maus Jewelers. Long story short, I walked in off the street yesterday expecting to - at best - leave a gold chain there to be picked up in a week or two when an extension was added or - at worst - leave with a high estimate for the job. In fact, Justin came right out from the back and offered me an alternative solution to my chain dilemma. Typical me, I second guessed my decision and by this morning had changed my mind. He and his staff welcomed me back, reversed our chain swap, replaced not one but two barrel clasps right then and there, and were super patient throughout the entire exchange (both visits). I am "that" customer who just can't make up her mind, and they were awesome. Plus, the price was fair, Justin is honest (he could have kept my original gold clasps and I wouldn't have thought twice about it), and his store is filled with beautiful jewelry of all types. If you are looking for a hometown jeweler you can trust that will treat you as a neighbor and not as a commission, Maus Jewelers is your store.”
