“John in plumbing at the Janesville store was very kind and helpful answering questions. He helped me select a wall access panel for installation in my home so work could be done in the future on tub and shower plumbing. Went above and beyond, spent plenty of time giving me advice. Also great price on the access panel.”
“Plenty of stuff if you need it if not they will find it for you or order it. The staff is super friendly and professional. Took only a few minutes to fill out app and voila all done.”
“good for products, not for plants unless it's something like grapes or blackberries. most of the plants are sickly or the seeds don't sprout.
(not a user issue, I'm a long time gardner and the only place in town seed wise and plant wise that I've ever had poor luck with has always been stuff that comes from here)”
“Needed a router and asked for help because we didn't know what we needed. Salesman came over and asked us some questions about the house and where the router would be . He showed us what would be our best bet. Friendly and not pushy.”
“Tyler helped me buy a microwave yesterday. Super helpful and friendly! He brought it to the front for me and loaded it into my car. Very wonderful service and great staff!”
