“Had my poor older Mercedes go here twice because of other idiots hiting me. One time it was for the rear bumper and they did a flawless job on it with a different rear end and never had problems with it. Then, the second time the car got hit this time it was frame damage so they had to total it and I had it towed there which they were chill about the whole insurance BS going back and forth and were able to let me get other remaining stuff in the car I forgot about and let me take the plates. But, one weird thing is that the plates on the Mercedes had a '26 reg sticker before I took the car here. Then when I got the plates at home I realized it was missing the reg stickers. So I'm not sure if someone stole the stickers or what happened with that, but it's inconvenient because I planned to use those plates for another car. But overall, I would definitely go here again.”

“Peggy keeps you updated and answers all questions. My hood wasn't expected until Dec 27, 2024. But, it arrived on Mon Dec 23, 2024..... it was quickly painted and my front end reassembled. Very nice! I feel as though there are companies out there that wouldn't do this. They would hold on to it and do other things. But, Caliber cares about it's customers and their cars!
Kris did a great job on the repairs and Matt is a great detailer! My car smelled better than it did when I bought it two years ago. My Subaru emblem arrived today and I'll stop by after work to have it popped on.
Does everything always work out well? Nope. There can be delays in parts, people can get sick and miss work. Negotiation was simple, numbers were agreed upon days prior via text, no hidden fees, no markups, no extended warranties or the famous nitrogen filled tires. Not even at the Finance Manager Office anything was pushed onto me, a very pleasant experience in general.
I asked for the OTD on two 2026 Kia K5s they had on their lot, price was aggressive already, especially for a 2026 model, but they were still willing to negotiate further, so I got both home.
They sent me the quote I requested without any hesitation or games, and when I finally stopped by, they not only gave me the great price we had previously discussed but also gave me the special Kia financing rate I was looking for, something rare these days. I didn't even complain when I wasn't able to get the extra $500 I had asked as a stretch, as the whole experience was so smooth I didn't even bother pushing too far.
Mark and Alexis were amazing and if not for the normal bureaucracy of purchasing a vehicle - that is standard anywhere - the whole deal would have taken 20min.
I've been to many other dealerships before (especially talking to you Napleton Elmhurst), was very poorly treated, and driving 2h to Janesville ended up being the best choice I could have ever made.

My brother and I stopped in looking for a battery for his vehicle because he was going on a trip out of state, and the one he had in the vehicle was pretty old. We decided that we didn't want to change it out ourselves with it being a newer vehicle and not knowing the exact battery group to install. Not only did the tech tell us the battery needed in his vehicle, he even tucked us in for a battery change even though we didn't have an appointment! We were so thankful since my brother was leaving a few days later and really didn't have time to wait. After completing the job, he also explained how to change out the battery on my brother's vehicle just in case he ever had to do one himself. Truly top-notch customer service.
