Needed a router and asked for help because we didn't know what we needed. Salesman came over and asked us some questions about the house and where the router would be . He showed us what would be our best bet. Friendly and not pushy.

Ordered a laptop yesterday and a technician named Keith handled our pickup. He offered advice and info on the unit we bought without being asked and actually carried on a conversation with us. In this day and age I thought that was outstanding service. Thanks again Keith.
