“Colin was extremely thorough with getting my key fob set up for my 2013 ford escape!. When looking online before i didn’t see this on fords site. It’s an older fob and the one that came in from the other store didn’t fit because it was cut quite different. He was eventually able to cut it correctly to fit. He then went to program the buttons which were finicky as well but he got them working. When sitting there I remembered how few places sold these and saw if it paid a lock smith that would have been at least a hundred dollars more. I was so impressed when he got it fixed and by how personal he was! I will definitely be returning”
