133 E Racine St, JeffersonWhen you walk in you get a great wiff of garlic! A quaint place that's nice, and clean , inside. Their pizzas are New York style which it was crispy on the edge and soft enough to fold the big pieces. Really good flavors. We got another order of the Garlic knots too. Staff were quite friendly. Clean bathrooms too. I'd recommend it if your hungry for pizza ? in that area!

Stable Rock Winery & Distillery
123 W Milwaukee St, JeffersonI traveled to Jefferson on Sunday to meet up with someone. Given how cold and windy it was outside, we decided to seek refuge at Stable Rock Winery & Distillery. Neither of us had been there before.
We ordered a wine flight and asked Amanda to surprise us with the choice of four wines.
We really enjoyed the wines. And Amanda was awesome.
I love history and historic buildings that have been repurposed and Stable Rock didn’t disappoint there. It’s housed in an old stable along the Rock River.
The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Even when more people came it was still quiet enough to enjoy good conversation.
I liked one of the wines so much I bought a bottle to take home.
Look forward to coming back.
