They went out of their way to get a part that was on backorder through a source only a company with reach would know to check with. Mark, however, was not pleasant to interact with. It was like he couldn't be bothered with what my needs were. I am courteous of everyone, so this was surprising for me. Considering the people who answer the phone for service are generally required to be personable, perhaps a change in Mark's position at work could be explored as his attitude and lack of customer service skills is a detriment to the company.”
