“I was having a hard time finding the correct tool to change my light in my headlight if my jeep. I normally go to o’Reilly’s but for whatever reason the kid they had working was very unhelpful. I went next door to auto zone. Not only did they correct the wrong light I was sold they even put my new light bulb in for me. I appreciate the two gentlemen that helped me with my light so much… thank you for going above and beyond for me it honestly made my day and you gained a new customer ?”

“What separates O’Reillys from their competition, has to be customer service. That seems to be an improvement from when I last visited this location, that they generally will try to help you find what you need. There prices are comparable to AutoZone, Advanced Auto, Napa, etc. But overall, if O’Reillys wants to separate in a very competitive industry, they need to continue to strive on customer service.”
