“Had an issue where my bill was super high because for some reason my promotion wasn't applied for the last couple months. Todd at this location was very helpful, was able to get me credited back over $100 plus $15 for the inconvenience. Not only did he get me credited back that $$$ but he also saved me $ on my bill by switching my plan on one of my lines. I returned the next day to upgrade all my phones and add home internet to give that a shot. Thanks For the help Todd!”
