“I came into the Co KK store to see if my Group Messages could be fixed. I've had my phone since 2018, I'm a loyal customer since 1980s. I had been waiting to upgrade my phone but couldn't afford one until now. The phone I bought was half off, perfect timing with my birthday in 4 days. They (Cooper and Doug) did not pressure me, at all, helped me purchase everything I needed for my phone and set me up transferring everything from my old phone to the new and did not lose any of my data. I will continue to be a loyal customer and patronize this store again. Best customer service and experience!”

“After saying I would never need a phone one because I don't need people to know where I am every day /timed and I have minimal friends. I've been with US Cellular since I was ????... maybe 20 (couple decades ago) I still would rather have landlines and then voice recorder. Keep it simple. Especially when you don't have much technological understanding, general understanding, anxiety (so I have to REALLY hope I get a patient employee) ??????????I get the joy of changing phones and my nasty anxiety is already kicking in already. “The team at this Verizon location (which is a Victra franchise) are absolutely top notch professionals! Of any brick and mortar Verizon location I have been to in my 20+ years as a Verizon customer, this team just salvaged my business relation with Verizon and their outstanding customer service and support has convinced me to remain a Verizon customer. Because of these individuals, I have decided not to transfer my wireless service to another wireless provider. Long story as short as possible, my prior employer of over 10 years agreed to release one of their business numbers that I was assigned while employed to use as my personal number. I was having absolutely no success with this desired transfer through Verizon telephone support so I sought the assistance of real people at a real brick and mortar location. It took a number of visits (at no fault of this location), but with the patience and persistence of the Neenah Verizon team, despite over at least 10 hours of their time, they got the job done. I specifically want to call out Mark (manager) and Jordan. These two guys provided the best customer experience for me they could under very frustrating, challenging and dissatisfying conditions. The end results they were able to achieve were the exact outcomes I desired! I left their location today extremely satisfied. I have the numbers I desired to retain, all of my consumer account concerns have been resolved, I have an updated plan that has taken all savings options into account, new devices with the best promotional savings options, and some great insights and knowledge no other Verizon representative has ever provided. I live over an hour away from this Neenah Verizon location and I will gladly make the trip to see this team anytime I am in need of actual human Verizon customer support.”
