“I went to ubreakifix after work to get my phone charger cleaned only to find a long line. I was expecting to wait around for 30 min or longer but to my surprise I saw the ubreakifix team handle every customer efficiently and professionally. I reached the front of the line very fast and my personal repair took them less than a minute. I would personally like to thank Rychard and the rest of the team for acting quick while still providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I will return next time I have a issue and I will also recommend to my friends and family.”

“After saying I would never need a phone one because I don't need people to know where I am every day /timed and I have minimal friends. I've been with US Cellular since I was ????... maybe 20 (couple decades ago) I still would rather have landlines and then voice recorder. Keep it simple. Especially when you don't have much technological understanding, general understanding, anxiety (so I have to REALLY hope I get a patient employee) ??????????I get the joy of changing phones and my nasty anxiety is already kicking in already. Customer service is exceptional and they actually review your acct and try to save you money and make suggest additional services and cancel othered that don’t make sense. I will not go to another Verizon store this is my go to store! Shout out to Adam today and his excellent customer service and knowledge. I upgraded two lines on my account iphone15s and added services and he got my monthly bill to be LESS than what I was paying.
