My purchase was September 11th. I know this from pictures of the job.I had returned something with no receipt.They said it was over 30 days. They were not even give me a store credit.Definitely not the old true value.No wonder Menards thrives

Usually get prompt service. Walking in and asked for help. The register person(no one in line) said someonr was busy cutting a key and then could help. We did see another employee as we left? Took us about 10 to 15 minutes to find everything and then we checked out. Not the best of service.
