“First time customer. I really appreciated their responsiveness through email. Placing an order was so simple and stress-free because of this. They gave me a price breakdown for different quantities which helped me make my decision with all the info in front of me. The owner helped me carry my items to my car. Just fabulous customer service. I will be back!”

“Don, the owner of Midwest Graphic Services, went above and beyond in creating a small run of memorial cookbooks for my five children after their mom passed unexpectedly. He worked with me every step of the way with patience, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The cookbooks include hundreds of recipes and full-color photos, all printed with clarity and attention to detail. The finished product far exceeded my expectations and are now a treasured keepsake for my family. I’ve worked with printers before, and this experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Midwest Graphic Services for any print job, large or small.”

“We sent them a email of a low resolution picture and they were able to transform it into a useable image and that a banner in about two day. The price was less then I expected. This was the second project they completed for us. Both projects exceeded out expiations.”

“I can’t recommend this business enough! Steve’s customer service was extraordinary! He went above and beyond in helping me get my items from Wisconsin shipped down to Texas. Me and my family truly appreciate Steve’s kindness and professionalism with these shipments. He is an exceptional employee and again I can’t recommend him and this business enough!”

“This store deserves a much higher rating than 3.7. The entire staff is always professional knowledgeable and friendly. My goodness they have the #1 UPS employee Jordan. He is always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. During the busiest time of the year Christmas he took the time to figure out why my receipt had the wrong tracking number and assured me that the package was going to the right place. Who does that!!”
