They even included extra copies with my order. It's tough to find this level of care and customer service these days. I highly recommend supporting this business.and we'll definitely continue using MInuteman Press for our future printing needs.”

“I frequently ship using UPS, and I usually go to a UPS store or hand to UPS driver, but since I have found this mail and ship store, I have had no issues and the UPS app is updated instantly with this drop off, the same as if taking to a UPS store. I recommend this place, especially for its convenience!”

“The store manager Patricia is the most lovely and helpful person I've ever met. Especially at a FedEx store. This is what I call EXEMPLARY customer service. She walked my girlfriend through every step of opening a FedEx account and creating a complicated shipping label situation involving a valuable item she left in another country. I'm highly impressed at how knowledgeable and kind she was.”

“I was unbelievably happy about the service I received in trying to send a package. The young man who helped me (aiden) went above and beyond what he needed to do. I Find it very refreshing to meet a worker who not only knows his job but is willing to go the extra mile to give good customer service. If the management is trying to decide who deserves a raise my vote would be this employee”
