“The store manager Patricia is the most lovely and helpful person I've ever met. Especially at a FedEx store. This is what I call EXEMPLARY customer service. She walked my girlfriend through every step of opening a FedEx account and creating a complicated shipping label situation involving a valuable item she left in another country. I'm highly impressed at how knowledgeable and kind she was.”

I always have a positive, pleasant experience there. Barb always gives me all options for shipping, how much each will cost and what the estimated delivery date will be. She has been able to tell me if there are any problems with a specific carrier in a particular area. She tells me when my package will leave her store. I trust her word implicitly. She does a great job running a very busy business. I was appalled at the negative reviews posted on Yelp and Google, especially those written by folks who let their personal biases or prejudgements get in the way of what could otherwise be a positive experience.”
