“Unfortunately I hit a deer, my very first time. My truck is like my child so this was a lot for me.
Honestly I had no clue where to take my Lincoln navigator.
I called around and it seemed every place was just jerking me around til I called top fuel garage.. within an hour my truck was being towed.
Not only did it get towed right away but they had it in and looking it over so fast by the next day they were talking to my insurance.
This was a huge relief to me.
They are doing more then I could've ever expected I couldn't be more grateful.

“We have USAA and used their link to SafeLite. Appointment was made via website. Smooth process. SafeLite communicated with us multiple times via text and email to ensure we were ready for their visit. We chose to have their mobile unit come to replace our windshield rather than go to their facility. Tech called hours ahead of time to advise he was coming and when, which narrowed the time we were initially given. So that helped us plan our day and adjust. Tech explained the process and completed the installation within 2 hours. Explained the warranty and service, payment, etc. I'm happy with the service and have had no issue with the installation and technical calibration required for the modern windshield. I do recommend SafeLite.”
