“We remain loyal U.S. Cellular customers for a few reasons...and one is definitely because of the outstanding customer service we've received from "Steve" at this store. In an ever-changing technology driven world, the two senior citizens living in this house struggle to keep up. So, whether it's a quick question about an existing cell phone's function, or the significant changeover to a completely new phone, Steve's unbelievable patience (and knowledge) is always appreciated! He is a great representative for your business.”

“So Happy with my Home Internet! I was driving through West Bend on my way home from work (I live in Sussex) and had a couple questions about my bill. They not only answered my questions but they also managed to save me $200 on my internet by switching from Spectrum. Needless to say, driving back to West Bend to work with these guys again is 100% worth my time. If you want professionals, this is the location to visit!”

“We came to switch our account over, which you can imagine has been crazy for the employees. We came on a Saturday and got one phone switched and then I had to come on a crazy Sunday as they are...we had Val and she was amazing. I watched her work thru the chaos with grace and she was so pleasant as well as the rest of the staff. I was there awhile but I am a patient person. It was busy and they all handled it so well!!!!****”

“Ethan was great. Helped us get new phones for our girls. Transferred everything over to them & made sure they were working right before we left the store, even close to closing time.”
