“I recently purchased the new Samsung phone. Being older, I sometimes have difficulty with technology. After leaving the store, I was having problems with setup. I called the store and Devan had me come back and he completed the setup. The next day, I was trying to pair my phone with my car stereo. I could pair, but I couldn't connect. I went back to the store and Devan was able to pair and connect. He is kind, patient and understanding. I can't day enough good about him. If you're old like me, I highly recommend him to help you out.”
