“So Happy with my Home Internet! I was driving through West Bend on my way home from work (I live in Sussex) and had a couple questions about my bill. They not only answered my questions but they also managed to save me $200 on my internet by switching from Spectrum. Needless to say, driving back to West Bend to work with these guys again is 100% worth my time. If you want professionals, this is the location to visit!”

“Makenna has gone above and beyond to help me with the issues I’ve had since switching over. Verizon is lucky to have her!! She communicates well and treats her customers like they’re a priority to her. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done and I hope Verizon does too because she definitely deserves to be recognized!! Thank you Makenna for all you do and have done for me!!”

“Had an incredible experience with Jacob at the AT&T store in West Bend! I came in with a frustrating trade-in issue, and Jacob went above and beyond to get it resolved quickly and smoothly. His customer service is hands-down some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend asking for Jacob if you need help!”

“We came to switch our account over, which you can imagine has been crazy for the employees. We came on a Saturday and got one phone switched and then I had to come on a crazy Sunday as they are...we had Val and she was amazing. I watched her work thru the chaos with grace and she was so pleasant as well as the rest of the staff. I was there awhile but I am a patient person. It was busy and they all handled it so well!!!!****”
