“Joe, the manager, was super helpful on the phone when I called to check on what was available. He sent me a link to enable me to view a loveseat in my size and price range. When I got to the store to try out the loveseat, I was treated with respect and friendliness. Joe and his helper took the seat apart for me and loaded it in my truck. They were both very careful not to harm the seat as they loaded it and wrapped it in my moving blankets before I left. It was a seemless and easy experience.”

“We love Rustic Resque! The owners are hands on, make connections with their customers, and give great advice on their products. They have a wonderful store that we have made many purchases over the years. We have purchased a lot from their garden art section of the store, from decorative metal bird baths to lots of garden art to hang on our gazebo, or to add to our flower pots! I love all of their products! They sell beautiful, upcycled painted furniture, gifts and homegoods! You need wall art? Check this place out! I also love that they sell Annie Sloan Paints and products, along with IOD stamps, moulds and transfers…I use them all! We have also taken group instruction classes here to learn new techniques! Oh, they also have a pickin’ pen where you can find some hidden gems to repurpose yourself. You need to check this store out! WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!”

“I do love this mall but I prefer all or mostly antiques. I know many like repurposed items but that's not my idea of a mall with the word antique in it since the majority of booths have these items. I understand that they are more popular now but maybe gear backwards with a focus on true collectibles and antiques.”

“Never have we been able to walk into a furniture store, explain our needs, and list color preferences, and then, taken to at least 6 different options. Our sales rep, Gio, explained and demonstrated the innovative features of the furniture. We knew exactly. What we wanted based on his demonstrations. He knew his products, the in-stock situation, and worked (along with Mgr. Candy) to arrange delivery within our timelines which were really tight.

I went into the store planning on buying one mattress because it was cheap and by the time I left, I bought a much more expensive mattress and couldn't be happier.
