“As a resident of Washington Island, acquiring perishables that are not carried here on the Island is difficult. This Spring that has been shown most in trying to get colorful flowering plants for my window boxes. I called every garden center from Sturgeon Bay southward to no avail.The wonderful & supremely helpful folks at Kohler's Home Depot changed that entirely!Hunter H, in the Garden Ctr walked me through all the possibilities, right down to the height of flowers! When I'd chosen, he picked out the best looking, healthiest ones in each type.Chris in the Service Dept tried every which way to make the computer take my credit card payment so everything would be ready when my cousin, who was driving up from Chicago, arrived.When it proved impossible, Chris arranged for me to speak with a manager.Julie was able to ascertain pretty quickly that it was only going to be possible for me to pay from afar once the plants had actually been rung up and my cousin was there in the store.Natalie was the person who checked us out. She called me and from the moment I answered until everything was finalized it took less than 5 min! Like her colleagues, Natalie was friendly, expeditious, upbeat & very professional.Bravo Kohler Home Depot.
