“This place is the epitome of nostalgia. The sweet smell of aged wood compliments the creeking floors as you walk around. The employees are hometown kind of people. They walked right up to me and asked if I needed help, they worked with me to find the bolts I needed! Couldn't have had better customer service!”
“Absolutely love going to Trilling True Value hardware store! The staff are friendly and helpful every time I visit. My latest visit, Elsa was happy to help me – she knew exactly where the items I needed were and led me straight to them. She always has a smile and I know I can ask her and the other employees anything!”

“We have been working with Airgas for years and have always had professional, accurate and efficient service. And we look forward to continuing this in the future.

“We went to get a certain shovel that was on sale. It surely helped us in what we needed it for. Everyone else had it for way higher. Love there are places that carry reasonable prices.”
“I recently purchased a snowblower here. Unfortunately, it broke down after two passes on my short driveway. I called Ace to begin the process of having it repaired. Though this breakdown is no fault of Ace, they immediately took ownership of this issue and handled it very professionally. A few days later, the repaired snowblower was returned just in time for the snowstorm. Thank you, Falls Ace Hardware, for handling this situation so well. Blessings!”
“We shop here because we feel like it is more small scale than the big box stores however our feed we need is slightly more expensive here. Disappointed though as the last couple of times we have stopped in, the staff were not very friendly. We may rethink our choice of feed stores if we continue to experience this.”

“I had a plumber at my house and he didn't have the right part to fix my faucet. While he did something else I called Ferguson. They had the part! I went and got the part and it worked fine.
It's great having a well equipped plumbing supply store with knowledgeable counter staff in town. Thanks Rebecca!”
“Good quality merchandise. Employees do not engage with customers unless you seek them out. We were in there for an hour and not even 1 employee greeted us. When we asked a question it was answered but there was not even 1 check in on if we needed help.”

“Every time I shop here, it's a joy to see Trudi. She knows exactly what I'm looking for and she goes above and beyond to make sure that I find what I need. She is the best! Professional, knowledgeable and down to earth.”
